Ben Affleck Did NOT Kick Paparazzi!

Ask anyone. Ben Affleck is one of the nicest guys in Hollywood. The Argo star usually has a smile and a wave for the cameras.

But sometimes certain paps get overzealous and overstep their boundaries! And when a couple did on Sunday, they scared poor Seraphina!

So Ben scared them right back- with a big kick!

But we know Ben is the gentlest of giants, and even though he'd do anything to protect his children, he wasn't actually going to hurt anyone!

In fact, sources close to the action said Ben was very clear with the cameras. He simply pointed and told them they had to stay "this" far away-

-and then swung his leg all the way out to show them!

We still think seeing how far out Ben can reach his size 13 clodhopper is pretty intimidating, but we don't think it's crossing the line.

Just don't mess with his wife Jennifer Garner! Or she'll show you those sai things from Elektra! LOLz!
