Teen Mom Jenelle Evans Got Dumped While In Rehab!!
Jenelle Evans has only been out of rehab since Friday, and she's already found herself knee-deep in DRAMZ!
The Teen Mom star got her phone back and immediately jumped on Twitter, only to find bf Gary Head had tweeted that he was single again!
As you might guess, Jenelle was NSFW-angry about it! They tweeted:

She then kicked him out of their shared apartment that she was paying for AND claimed the dog!
Ouch! And something tells us she's just getting started! Jenelle is not someone you want as an enemy!
We just hope none of this stress interferes with her recovery!
