Kim Kardashian experienced a miscarriage scare on Tuesday after coming back from Paris, and while one of her buddies already told us she's doing fine — the starlet finally opened up about her horrifying event.

Re: Sara – honestly, that was the first thing I noticed! I thought I was the only one. I was like why didn't she say the baby is fine? Smh I hope the rumors aren't true that she is gonna remain self-centered. The baby is really gonna change a lot of things because she isn't gonna be able to just set it down somewhere and leave. Especially once he/she is school aged and she can't travel everywhere a million times a week.
