Ever since they were born, Michael Jackson's kids have had their paternity questioned.
But when it comes to the wrongful death lawsuit they've launched against AEG, Blanket, Paris, and Prince's parentage is apparently NOT up for discussion.
MJ's surviving family, including his mother Katherine Jackson, are arguing to the judge that the defense NOT be allowed to invade those parts of their lives that don't relate to the case.
That includes investigations into the kids' biological parentage AND the entire family's financial records, lest the defendants argue that the suit is a desperate money grab.
The Jacksons would also prefer their father's child molestation charges be left out of it, as he was never convicted of any wrongdoing.
What will happen if the judge rules against the Jackson family? Will AEG uncover some deep dark secret? Will they have to drop the case?
We'll just have to wait and see.
