Students Bring Knives, Have Sex & Record Sexual Acts At Fivay High School!! WTF?!?

| Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueCrazzzzySchool

What is the world coming to?!?

Earlier today, two students at Fivay High School in Florida were arrested after an alleged sex act went down in the school's library.

According to reports, a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy did the NAS-TAY in the media center, and while they were getting down, another student filmed them with his Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Unfortunately for the teenage couple, the porn producer 15-year-old boy sent the footage to another student, who then shared it with more students.

After the video reached school officials, police decided to arrest the 17-year-old on a charge of lewd or lascivious battery, even after the teenage girl told them that she agreed to have sex with him, but since she's underage, the act is a crime under Florida law. As for the boy who filmed the rendezvous, he was also arrested because he not only created, but he shared child pornography.

And on top of all this madness, another student brought knives to school, while a 16-year-old committed suicide last year because she was being cyberbullied.

Damn.

We hope that this school turns around quick because all this DRAMz should NOT be added to a teenager's life!! They already have enough problems as it is!!

I use to bang my girlfriend in the photo lab in high school. It was locked , and you could not enter while the light was on.

Working less than 3 miles away from this school i can tell you it's sadly the area. unfortunately ignorance gave birth to ignorance. Sad since the county spent so much money on building a beautiful school. But I can tell you it's crazy to see the kids that pile out of that place at dismissal. Just to give you a picture of the suroundings of the school Neo-Nazi John Ditullio that was charged and convicted of the murder of a teen boy simply for being gay was only less than a mile from this school.. the same county that paid for a court-approved makeup artist had covered the tattoos during the murder trial.

Big deal (I say sarcastically). 2 8th graders, one who had fingered herself in class and had made sexual advances to another boy, got caught because he told other kids, and then the assistant principal told ME and other teachers that they weren't going to tell the parents because they had talked to the kids and said, "Do you really want your parents to have to talk to your parents about this", got LUNCH DETENTION. This at a middle school in Surprise, AZ in a very upscale school in an upscale neighborhood. And later on, kids were smoking pot in a workroom closet which had been propped open because the air con had broken down and fans were in the hall. Also given lunch detentions. So it's NO BIG DEAL anymore to have kids doing anything like this apparently. And no, I don't work there anymore for these reasons and and many others (I left volluntarily, not because I was asked to or anything, I just couldn't stand the horrifying atmosphere and teacher bullying by admin and students anymore). But of course, the principal and the admin are totally loved and worshipped and nothing could touch them. The HR people wouldn't let anyone.

And I am sorry but originally I meant to say 2 8th graders were caught having sex in a bathroom. The original fingering incident took place when the same girl was a 7th grader. Lunch detentions. That will teach them morals, and good decision making.

I used to go to this school. Trust me, it's far worse than just what the article makes you think. The administration pushes everything under the rug because they just don't care about anything but themselves.

The science teacher taught at my high school and he is an ex wrestler. He tag teamed with his brother! Him and his brother were taken off campus after a playful act turned into his brother throwing another person off the stage. He is rude he told another teacher he would sleep with his wife to piss him off and that she would like it. My kids will not be attending FIVAY EVER! They forgot to highlight the football coach having students use false addresses so they can go there to play football

I am a student at Fivay.. What makes me extremely made is that everyone thinks it's Fivay.
EVERY school in pasco county is the same way.. They just aren't putting them on tv.
Our administration might be a big problem for everything though, they do continually push everything under the rug and ignore the problems that their students are facing.

My kids have attended Fivay from the first day it opened. They have never had any problems there….Bullying, sex, and other things are going on at EVERY school in our country.Just because we dont see it or hear about does not mean it isnt going on.They also fail to mention any good that the kids have done, from raising money for cancer …Relay for Life,,Falcon Friends witch helps autistic kids. Also, why is Mrs.Stone being fired and NOT the librarian…if this has changed as of the time I wrote this then Im mistaken but as of now that is where its at. Mrs Stone is always around while the lunch hours are taking place also. One person can only see and do so much without help from the school board, with all the budget cuts that have taken place maybe they should have hired MORE people to help on campus. All Im saying is,in my opinion,is that its wrong to blame and crucify one woman witch is apparently what is happening.

I have to agree these things are going on in all schools across the nation and have been since I was in school 20+ years ago. The difference is in the technology and the media. Yes reporters have a job to do but they report on the wrong things and take the bone and run with it. It is up to us as parents to instill good values and to teach our children to have a moral compass and pray to God they use good judgement when away from home.

I currently attend this school. This media explosion is total B.S. I can't believe the shit storm Fivay is facing. The school had a lot of potential, but the area the school was built in didn't help. But, the problems at Fivay happen at almost every school in the COUNTRY. Honestly, it is B.S how out of proportion this has been blown.

I would like to thank you for also mentioning the Relay for Life's tenacious efforts to raise money for cancer, the Falcon Friends which promotes interaction between regular and special needs students, the sports teams that preformed extremely well this year, the student unification after a beloved student's death, the teacher who has won national teaching awards numerous times, and the many other exceptional qualities about my school. It is apparent that the media is only focused on slandering Fivay's name by strictly centering on the negative aspects. It is ironic that newscasters were eager to cover the suicide and recent sex scandal, but denied the request to join the Falcons in their pep rally concerning cancer awareness. Reports such as these makes me, as well as many others, embarrassed to attend this establishment thought we have no choice. I am now generalized as being unruly and promiscuous due to my attending Fivay, thought my current 3.8 GPA and clean record state otherwise. One must realize that individual people are the actual issue, for the school is no more than a building.

If the news advertises all the bad things that happen, maybe they should cover all the good things we do?
Fivay High School is a good school. It's the individuals in the school that decide to do bad things, that gives Fivay the reputation it has.
I'm ashamed to go to this school since we are on the news almost every week, and everyone seems to know about everything that has happened at our school. But what about Hudson, Ridgewood, River Ridge? There's been even worse things happen at all of those schools over the years that haven't been put in those things into the news.

I really hope the news can control themselves enough to know that it's not just Fivay, it's EVERY school in Pasco County.
If your reading this 10 News, Bay News 9, or any other news channel, I invite you to come to our school and take a look around. Stay for a day. Broadcast the truth.

I am a student at Fivay. And I can tell you personally it is not the school itself. It is the students and facutly in the school. When I first arrived at Fivay I was happy to be here and proud to represent the school, now not so much. The things being said on the news doesn't surprise me at all. It is not the academics but the way the school runs itself. I understand every school has it's problems but this is getting ridiculous. I am only a freshman here and I can say my mom wants me out of this school next year because of everything that has happened. It runs way deeper than just kids have sex, bringing knives, certain tests made by science teachers..the school needs to make a lot of changes and start being in the news for good things before I'm happy to represent this school again.

They're teenagers they're gonna do what they please .

Some of these comments coming from Fivay students are absolutely repulsive and rude. Just because you as a student didn't face what the rest of us did, doesn't mean it's a good school. Even after leaving Fivay for Ridgewood, the principal of Fivay continued to call my new principal and guidance counselor a in every attempt to prevent me from graduating. The school is a joke when it comes to the administration, and a majority of the teachers don't care about the students. Our two best teachers both passed away, so there isn't much we can do on that part. No one wants involved with what we do as a school, because no one wants to be known as the company that helps the biggest joke of a school ever. We don't have issues like this at Ridgewood or at River Ridge. Actually, a majority of the schools are well put together. Fivay is just a joke.
