Defendant Pleads Not Guilty In Death Of Usher's Stepson

The man who accidentally killed Usher's stepson Kile Glover has plead not guilty to all of the charges presented against him for the unfortunate incident.
It happened last summer when the accused, Jeffrey S. Hubbard, was vacationing with the boy and his father. Hubbard was on a jet ski and accidentally hit Kile who was on a raft.
The boy was knocked unconscious and was rushed to the hospital. He never woke up. He passed away two weeks later.
Hubbard "pleaded not guilty to homicide by vessel in the first degree, not guilty to charges of reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, boat traffic violation and serious injury by vessel".
After the accident, Kile's mother and Usher's ex Tameka Raymond tweeted this:
Our goal to to increase water safety- thru implementing laws, policies & education. Kiles passing will not be in vain, we will see to this.

We'll definitely keep an eye out on how this case unfolds, and we hope Kile's family is staying strong through this difficult times!
