Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Shower With Their Kids!!!

tori spelling dean mcdermott family group shower

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are amazing parents! Even if that means pushing the envelope sometimes!

Recently, the family that does everything together from cooking to crafting decided to try something new- a shower!

Here's what Tori tweeted about it:

Eww! Baby shower poop! We're guessing that didn't go over too well with the older kids!

But we guess the family that bathes together stays together?

Some of Tori's Twitter followers didn't agree! They thought the family shower event was "weird" because Liam is six years old and Stella is almost five.

How old is "2 old" for group bathing? What do U think?

Tori, can you see your daughter telling her therapist about this someday and how she can't stop having nightmares about bathing with her naked father? No? Oh, well.

Co-bathing/showering is fine until someone is uncomfortable with it either the parents or the children. I still bathe/shower with both my girls and sometimes we still do family showers.

Oh my lawd, this is just too too weird. I can see the two babies - maybe - but the 2 older ones, especially the girl? That is wrong, wrong, wrong. Ew,that is just plain creepy.

I think its fine - obviously mum and dad shower together anyway. It's so much easier to just shower with the kids too. Saves on money and its bonding time. I showered with my dad till i was about 7 (no issues now). But they will get to an age where they don't want to anymore - and that's fine.
    Everyone is so PC now!!

I don't think it's weird to shower with your kids. I feel like the last time I showered with my mom was when I was 6. But…. I DO think it's weird to have an entire posse showering at once. Idk why one at a time makes a difference for me in weirdness

A child's self-awareness should be directed/dictated by the child themselves. Half the prudish issues in the US are due to parents thinking something like this is creepy or sexual. If your child hasn't expressed a problem with co-showering, by stopping it, you are creating a problem. Kids will come to their own conclusions on nudity, they don't need their parents to pass their insecurities down to the next generation.

I remember when my parents added onto ourold house (2br, 1bath, living room) and the new bathroom had a shower. My Dad insisted on showing us all how to take "Navy" showers, and I was about 10 at the time and very embarrassed. So no, not a good idea.

lighten up silly americans! what's the big deal!?

I don't see a problem with it. Theres nothing gross or disturbing about it. They're all kids..who CARES..get over it! Honestly, there are more important things to fret about than families bathing their small children altogether.

All my friends that have kids say the same thing-you CAN'T get away from your kids! To them, they own you in a way and they don't feel weird about seeing their parents naked-at least not at that age-soon though!

One group shower, or six separate baths? Imagine the time savings if they're in a hurry or just plain too tired. I think seven or eight is about the cut off, depending on how the child feels.

C'mon. Are you for realz?! If you would've born to Finland, you would think this news is WEIRD. Family saunas and baths are so common in Nordic countries that this piece of information just makes me laugh my a** off. Exaggerating the things that really doesn't matter, makes people so hypocrite.

  17. 17

Maybe Tori and Dean had underwear on, or maybe they asked the older kids if they felt comfortable or not. We don't know. Either way, I don't see anything wrong with it at all.

Oh, you funny Americans and your wierd believes. What's wrong with being naked and seeing others bodies? There's nothing gross or sexual, it's only natural if you don't make it otherwise…
