Miss Porter's School in Farmington, Conn. is an independent boarding school for girls, and while a lot of strong accredited educators teach at the school, they unfortunately hired child molester Joseph Rajkumar back in 2009.
Rajkumar was charged with one count of misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of felony second-degree sexual assault last month after he was caught up violating one teenager, and having NAS-TAY convos with five other teenagers.
These allegations date all the way back to 2010 and involve an ex-student that Joseph started feeling up on when she was only 15, and then had sex with when she turned 17. It is reported that the former teacher and the student had sex several times during the week and at one point even did it in a closet in his classroom.
And to top off this madness, Rajkumar was also SEXting at least five other students between the ages of 15 to 18, but once the school caught on to his horrid actions, they contacted the Department of Children and Families.
Joseph just had a hearing at the Hartford Superior Court yesterday, and even though he posted his $500,000 bail, he's set to be back in court April 22.
Since being FIRED on March 4, Rajkumar admitted that he did have sexual contact with one student and sent other girls sexually suggestive e-mails.
Police wrote in a statement:
"There is no time in which a sexual relationship between a student and a teacher can be considered consensual."
According to Connecticut state law, the age of consent is 16, but the law also makes it illegal for teachers to get down with students. However, if the occurrence does happen, a teacher can end up serving up to 10 years in prison.
The only problem right now is that there is still no evidence that Joseph actually had sexual relations with students, so until it's found, then we're just gonna have to wait and see what happens to this pedophile.
