Mom Returns After 11 Years - NOT Given Warm Welcome!!!

| Filed under: Sad SadPiers MorganFamilyPerezcious ParentingDysfunctional Families

Well, what was she expecting?

A mother abandoned her family and returned home, and was shunned! Especially by the daughter who grew up without a mother!

Brenda Heist disappeared in 2002 and was declared legally dead - which is what the family thought she was until her recent return down in Florida.

The daughter named Morgan Heist took to Twitter to express her range of emotions!

Here's what she tweeted:

“To think that I would EVER want to talk to a woman like you.. I can't believe I wanted to possibly see you. F— you ‘mother,’”

She also tweeted:

"You will never gain my love or respect. You deserve to rot in hell for what you have done to me #thoughtsinmyhead”

The family appeared on Piers Morgan and talked about how they plan to move on from here in the future.

So kray!

Wow. That's one hurt and betrayed (not so) little girl. It must have destroyed her world and been the ever present dark shadow growing up. I hope they both eventually find the heart to try to reach out. Why would a mom and wife leave unless she had some real mental issues? If a loved one is sick, you ultimately don't turn your back on them. They don't have to move her in or anything; just find some answers for themselves especially, and the mom may be helped along the way too.

The dad is obviously hurt too; he can't even see her, yet. What an immense blow; but he got through the worst thing that could happen, so probably has the character and inner strength to get through the change of situation in a positive way, too, when he decides he can face it. It would give him closure, answer questions, and lighten his load in the end.
