Anderson Cooper's father Wyatt Cooper died in 1978 when Anderson was just ten years old.
So when The Clocktower Gallery published a clip of Mr. Cooper's father reading a chapter from Miss MacIntosh, My Darling online - it was a monumental event for the CNN anchor.
It was the first time he could remember in a long time that he had heard his father's voice!
Here's what he tweeted:
Wyatt Cooper was a successful author, actor and screenwriter who died on the operating table during open heart surgery.
If you listen to the clip here, you can easily tell where Anderson got his smooth voice from - his daddy's voice was sexy!
We're so happy that Mr. Cooper got to experience what must've been a wonderful moment for him in his life, and we're glad he shared his thoughts on how it felt to hear his father's voice!
We hope Anderson is proud of his daddy - he definitely had a hand in making the Silver Fox the amazing man that he is today!
