As we all know, Jay-Z has PLENTY of problems, but finding inspiration for his music ain't one!
Hova is preparing to drop his brand, spankin' new album Magna Carta Holy Grail in less than 24 hours, and he says a very special lady in his life inspired most of the music!
Nope, we're not talking about queen Beyonce! We're talking about the head baby in charge herself, Blue Ivy!
The proud papa says his baby girl was a huge inspiration for a lot of the music on his upcoming album, most obviously on tracks like the one titled Jay-Z Blue! But he also says parenthood in general and fear of failure played a huge role in writing new material:
"My pop left when I was young, so he didn’t teach me how to be a man, nor how to raise child, or treat women. So, of course, my karma, the two things I need, I don’t have. And I have a daughter. It’s the paranoia of not being a great dad."
We don't think you have anything to worry about Jay, because it looks like baby Blue Ivy is doing just fine!
Hova also revealed that a song titled Heaven was inspired by his little queen, because he says heaven can be found in her laughter!
How. Freaking. ADORABLE!!!
We were already pretty pumped just to hear some new tunes from Jay, but our excitement is taken to a whole new level now that Blue Ivy has been thrown into the mix!!
