Kate Middleton has been pretty nervous about the pain involved with giving birth to the royal baby, so she’s taking action.
In addition to considering hypno-birthing, the Duchess of Cambridge has been taking private pregnancy yoga classes.
These are supposed to keep her physically and mentally strong during labor and even help her alleviate pain, since she wants to do things naturally.
And as we’ve seen with models like Gisele Bundchen, it will help her snap right back into shape once the baby’s born.
Sounds like a perfect plan!
