A couple of weeks ago, Ariel Winter's mother was hoping to have her day in court to regain custody of her daughter after she was accused of being emotionally abusive.
Ariel's mother recently claimed that judges did not give her a proper hearing to prove she was a better fit for guardianship than her other daughter Shanelle Workman, who has been the young actress's guardian since last year.
However, the court saw things a bit differently and said Chrisoula didn't have a case, as she "presented no evidence that there were any changes or repair of damage to their relationship."
Not to mention that Ariel seems to be doing just fine under her sister's care! Seriously, we can't remember the last time we didn't see her without a HUGE smile on her face!
Chrisoula has another custody hearing scheduled for September, but for the time being, the young starlet with remain under Shanelle's guardianship!
