no?????? just because she had another man's baby doesn't make her a bad mother… it was just kind of a shitty thing to do.

So because he was MORE discreet she should lose custody of her child. That's terrible, they both made mistakes. Share custody and get counseling to be a better family apart.

How the fuck does this warrant her losing custody of her son??? Perhaps you should lose custody of yours because you're clearly a retard.

Whether I agree or disagree with your theory - adult relations unless they put the child at risk of abuse or neglect - have ZERO consideration in a womans ability to be a mother or maintain custody of her child! This is NOT the stone age For someone who stands up for equal rights for everyone - how about equal rights for the child. Mom was unhappy in her marriage - she had an affair - this does not make her selfish - and it does not make her any less a mother then if she were having sexual relations with the childs father. Did she make what can be considered an unethical and immoral choice - yes - will this impact her child - yes - men do it all the time - and they still get custody of their children - because private adult relations should not impact a child in any way - shape - nor form - and if it were not for the inability to control the press - what is more harmful - is either parent discussing this situation with the child - let alone - limiting the child access from one parent over another - because they had ADULT relations with another man/woman. Get it - key word is ADULT - this is a child you are speaking about - this entire situation is of no business of this child. Your a father - a single gay father - you could learn a lot from this yourself!

my reference to "gay" should not and cannot be taken out of context. The whole premise is that a child should be raised free of any influence over their parents ADULT decisions - so they can become an individual - free to make their own choices of the heart - without any undo influence.

Whores can be good at parenting.

What do I think??? I think you have NO room to talk about other people's parenting skills.

If this woman loses custody for "being selfish and only thinking of herself" than you'll be the next one losing custody of their child. No one is more self-centered than you. (Glad you're no longer wearing the Richard Simmons tank tops. Now let's work on your hair. Too much product for your thinning hair. You should look into a shorter cut.)

    Lol #3

Quick and to the point. Then guys who cheat should get their c*cks pulled off.

I think matters of custody should be based on much more than just this one matter. We don't know what exactly happened or is known between the two parents, and there fore should perhaps not be so bold as to suggest one should lose their half of custody.

  11. 11

    I think it's nobody's business.

Im shocked !! You are wrong wrong. Both parents were cheating. Your coming off as a 1950;s man attitude (really shocks me) Who is the child with mostly? Who Cooks, cleans, take to dr appointments, helps with homework, takes to baseball practice ?? The Parent who parents should be given main custody. If the parents provide a safe clean and nurturing home, thats what counts. It sounds like Simon is with the mother( (relationship) dad screws anything. A relationship is more stable than a girlfriend of the day. Would you want your son with a stable relationship or a boyfriend of the day one???

No. Having a private sex life while you're not with your ex anymore isn't any kind of criteria to take one's child away. Grown, single adults are allowed a sex life of their own choosing.

Re: donna – If both parents were cheating, notice no one cares who her ex was with, while Simon and the woman are big news only because of who Simon is.

  15. 15

People cheat on each other - it happens. Adult relationships are complicated and sometimes people get hurt. She didn't do anything (to our knowledge) to deserve having her kid taken away!! That's crazy - you are crazy for even writing this headline.

Re: saradee – Bahahahahah Best comment.

  17. 17

just because shes a golddigging cheating whore doesnt mean she should lose custody of her child ..even thou morals cant be taught

  18. Jill P. says – reply to this

    18

NO! If people lost custody of their kids for adultery then(sadly) child protective custody would be bombarded with kids. Plus, makes no sense for her to lose her kid because her husband was(possibly) a little more discreet(one really doesn't know, he could have a "love child" stashed somewhere.) Regardless, unless this man has some evidence that she is an unfit mother then this should not be the determining factor in their custody case.
