Ughhh! This couldn’t be any sadder!
You may remember back in June when Paris Jackson tragically tried to take her own life, and she is still hurting deeply.
Her mother, Debbie Rowe, testified in court on Thursday for the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, and young Paris' name was brought up, since her dad's death seems to have been the catalyst.
Speaking about Paris' sad suicide attempt, Rowe said:
"She tried to kill herself. She is devastated. She has no life. She doesn't feel she has a life anymore."
Debbie also added details about hers and MJ's choice to have children together, explaining:
"I was trying to help him. I said, 'What's the thing that makes you the saddest?' He said, 'I never had any children.' I wanted him to be a father. I wanted him to have everything he didn't have growing up. I wanted him to experience it with his own child, with his own children…I believe there are certain people who need to be parents, and I always thought he was one of them."
Just tragic. All of it!
Within her testimony, Paris’ mom also added that she had been in touch with her daughter daily, leading up until June 5th event, and that Paris is now at a residential treatment center.
It’s so hard to hear all of this, and horrible that Debbie had to relive it in court.
We just hope Paris is doing better and is getting the help she needs.
