If we could say one thing to Jessica Simpson, we would tell her that it's great to have drive and weightloss goals, but as a new-new mom, you shouldn't let it bothers you so much!
Having a baby is one thing — having a second baby so soon after the first is another! Every mom should dictate her OWN journey to lose weight, or maintain, or whatever is healthy for her! It shouldn't be a source of frustration in such a happy time!
According to sources, Jessica is feeling 'really, really frustrated' over her post-preggers weight loss. The amount of effort called for this time around is way more than she expected, and we hear that she would rather play with her kids than workout.
Which is FINE!
Her own pace is her own — her happiness and her kids' happiness is way more important than losing the weight as fast as possible!
She's teaming up with Harley Pasternak to lose the post-baby weight again, and this time he's making extra sure she knows that:
“reminds her it took her a long time to put on the weight — she had two back-to-back pregnancies. She feels really guilty whenever she leaves them.”
The great news is that her partner Eric Johnson isn't so worried about her weight, because the source says he's:
"so happy with his family [and] doesn’t care about the weight as much as Jessica does. He tells her to stop putting so much pressure on herself. He says that they can work out together, cook together, and the weight will drop right off.”
What a great guy!
We just hope it hits home for Jessica! Being a new mom so soon after your first baby is stressful enough — no need for the extra pressure!
