And by soon we mean like two weeks soon!
We were unsure how she'd do, but apparently she's completely sober! Soon she'll move back into her Beverly Hills mansion, and will be living with a sober living companion.
“Brooke will be released in the next two weeks. She is in a really good place right now, and is ready to resume her life with the boys. When she returns home, she will have a sober living companion with her for the first month. She felt she needed the extra level of care as she transitioned back.”
Brooke will continue to be randomly drug tested once she's out of rehab.
Even though Brooke won't soon be in rehab anymore - that doesn't necessarily mean she's going to get back her boys - Bob and Max - right away.
A source revealed:
"[The Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services] isn’t just going to allow a judge to give the boys back to Brooke. She will be randomly tested before the judge in child dependency court agrees that Bob and Max should live with their mother once again. There has to be a prolonged period of time of sobriety once she leaves rehab.”
That makes A LOT of sense!
Drug addiction is never an easy thing to recover from, but if Brooke can prove her sobriety isn't a temporary thing - then we don't see why she shouldn't get 'em back.
But first she's gotta prove she's good to go, so we'll see!
