Last Sunday, Tiffin, Ohio resident Anna Angel was working a shift at Burger King when she caught wind of the horrific news that her trailer home had burned down, and to make matters worse, her boyfriend Tim Fresch and her five children all died in the accident.
Fellow rappers Drake and The Game were on the phone when they heard the tragic story, and they decided they wanted to do something to help the grieving mother.
The generous musicians opened up their checkbooks and each wrote a check for $10,000 to help cover the cost of the funerals and to get her back on her feet.
They each posted a picture of the family to their Instagram accounts, and The Game had a touching message that read:
"I can deal with a lot of things but people losing their children is something that kills me every time … I cannot imagine the feeling she had at that moment."
The generosity did not stop there either, as the rappers also got the production company @51minds (the same company that produced Marrying The Game) to donate $2,500, to bring the grand total to $22,5000.
According to sources, Anna was already able to hold a service for her four daughters yesterday and plans on burying her boyfriend and their soon in the near future.
It's so inspiring to hear celebrities reaching out to those in need, simply out of the kindness of their hearts, and we're sure Anna really appreciates the extra help Drake and The Game offered at this terribly tough time.
