How did she do it???
Well, she's here to reveal what she did, and apparently it's all about your frame of mind!
"The secret to body after baby is flushing down the toilet every notion of body after baby. Honestly! I made a commitment to not allow my narrative for the year after having a baby to be about my weight. And I think that freed me up and it made me less concerned with all the pressures that revolve around body image. I was like, 'I have a baby. Do you know how awesome that is? It's so radical! Why on earth am I going to be so concerned with my pants size?'"
And we also agree with Kristen's next brilliant piece of advice! Seriously this is genius!
Here's what she said:
"It's not like I jog for two hours. If I hit 20 minutes, I will celebrate. I'm trying to do little things…but really, I'm just focusing on the fact that I made another human. That's awesome."
That's just so true that we can't even stress it enough!
You've got to crawl before you can walk, and you've got to walk before you can run! Don't bite off more than you can chew! We're sure you've heard this before, but we super believe it!
And Kristen is proof that anything is possible! Including having a baby, and losing that baby weight without stressing out about it!
