But Ellen Kardashian's lawyer is claiming foul on the sisters after Kim testified some of her own family secrets to a judge in their case when she said that her ex stepmom married her father when he was extremely weak.
In a sworn statement, Kim wrote that her father had stage-four esophageal cancer when he was married to Ellen. On their wedding day Kim thought her father was “suffering from extreme mental and physical fatigue” and wasn't even “fully aware of his surround” during the wedding.
"Several ceremony guests assisted my father from his bedroom to the couch and helped to sit him up straight for the ceremony, which took place at my father's couch."
Well, Ellen Kardashian is firing back, and she's basically called Kim and her whole family a bunch of hyprocites!
Here's what her lawyer said:
“It is clear that the Kardashians are not getting good advice because they have chosen to disclose personal details about Robert Kardashian’s terminal illness and eventual death. This only forces our client to respond to their libelous and false statements. On the one hand they complain that our client is illegally disclosing confidential information and one the other hand they release intimate details about their private family life. It is all consistent with their entire business model of selling family secrets for profit. We look forward to explaining this all to the court.”
Kim and her sisters plus their mom and brother are being sued Ellen for defamation, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, civil harassment, a civil conspiracy to defame and the public disclosure of private facts. The Kardashians have asked the judge presiding in the case to throw out her accusations against them while they sue her for released Robert Kardashian's alleged personal diary.
We're super interested to hear if there will be any more details released in this case - we're almost sure more will be.
