C'est la vie for a kid in Hollywood, right?

Can a six-year-old commit sexual harassment?
One elementary school in Colorado says yes.
A six-year-old student was suspended from school in Canon City, Colorado for kissing a girl in his class on her cheek. This wasn't the first time the young student had gotten in trouble though. He had previously gotten in trouble for kissing the girl before.
…Which has outraged his mother, and she plans on fighting this charge!
Especially considering the fact that school officials want to put the charge of sexual harassment on his PERMANENT record!
Here's what the mother said of this incident:
"[The girl he kissed] was fine with it, they are ‘boyfriend and girlfriend’. The other children saw it and went to the music teacher. That was the day I had the meeting with the principal, where she first said 'sexual harassment'. This is taking it to an extreme that doesn't need to be met with a six year old. Now my son is asking questions… what is sex mommy? That should not ever be said, sex. Not in a sentence with a six year old."
School officials have said that if the mother thinks that kissing a girl at school is fine than that is her opinion, but they hope that punishing the student will cause the student to stop this type of behavior.
Seems pretty harsh to put a black spot on someone's permanent record before they have even entered puberty, but they have the power to make that decision.
Hopefully though they'll change their mind!
