If you wanted the definition of a tragically sad story that can also be heartwarming, well, this is it.
An ailing 8-year-old PA girl had a wish of hers granted — she wanted to witness/participate in a huge holiday singalong. Delaney Brown, (known as Laney) of West Reading, had a rare form of leukemia, so the community not only granted her wish (and in a BIG way), but they also held fundraisers to help with the cost of her medical expenses.
Unfortunately, Delaney passed away on Christmas morning… but not before her wish came true.
THOUSANDS of Christmas carolers showed up outside her home over the weekend! They sang all of the usual holiday songs, and also sang Happy Birthday for little Delaney, as she just turned 8 on Friday.
Our hearts are broken over this, and all of our thoughts and prayers are going to her family and friends. She sounded like the most wonderful little girl.

This candid conversation came after the former Disney darling praised Jennifer Aniston who recently called out society's view that women are "useless" if they don't have a conventional family life!
