alabama school administrator quits after female student accuses her of sexual assault

All we can say is….wow.

A 28-year-old woman has posted a video on YouTube that is extremely hard to watch, but hopefully her bravery will lead to justice.

In the video the woman who calls herself Jamie X calls a Alhambra school administrator to confront her about the alleged sexual assault that Jamie X says started when she was 12-years-old while she was a student at Chemawa Middle School in Riverside, California, and continued for a number of years.

In the video's description it said:

“I am 28 years old and have been waiting years to get up enough courage to report a teacher for sexually abusing me for years. When I finally got up enough courage to report her, I found out that the statute of limitations was up and she will never have to pay for the things that she did to me. I wanted to let the public know what kind of person is around their children…works with your children at Alhambra High School in Alhambra, CA.”

In the video, Jamie X calls up the administrator and stays strong while she asks the school administrator a series of questions.

Part of the conversation went as follows:

"Jamie X - 'Do you realize that you brainwashed me and you manipulated me and that what you did was wrong?'

School Administrator - 'Yes and I regret it.'

Jamie X - 'You’re an assistant principal, huh?'

School Administrator - 'Yes.'

Jamie X - 'So what happens when a student comes in and says they’re having a sexual relationship with a teacher?'

School Administrator - 'Then I would involve law enforcement.'

Jamie X - 'So how is that any different from what you did when I was at Chemawa Middle?'

School Administrator - 'It’s not.'"

The conversation lasts a few more minutes, and the accused woman never apologizes once - she just keeps repeating that she regrets what she did.

After receiving the video he school district has responded to the situation, and wrote in a statement that the accused woman no longer works at the school. Here was their official statement:

“Alhambra high school administration received an electronic message with a YouTube link incriminating an Alhambra high school administrator. Alhambra high school administration contacted the Alhambra Police Department immediately upon discovering the link. She is no longer an employee of Alhambra High School or the Alhambra Unified School District.”

Right now the video has 70,000 views, but has gained more views each hour.

Those numbers have made Jamie X very glad that she made the video. She wrote in the comments section of her video:

"I don't even know where to begin. I am so grateful to all of you for making this video go viral. Because of all of you who shared she will not be getting away with these things that she has done to me or anyone else."

It took SO much courage for this young lady to not only reveal the traumas inflicted on her as a child, but to also confront the woman who took her childhood away from her and so much more.

Hopefully the justice system can do something about this despite the passing of the statue of limitations.

Rules were meant to be broken for situations exactly like this.

Watch the heartbreaking video… AFTER THE JUMP.

I feel for the girl, I really do. Statute of limitations is gone, if they go after criminal charges they're setting a really bad precedence. Break the law to enforce a law?

this girl is brave to confront this monster. very sad she will elude jail time. hopefully she will be be removed from ever working with children again and the world will know what an awful human being she is. stay strong jamie.

Kudos to her for finally getting up the courage to "face" the woman. Statute of limitations runs something like 2 years after you are aware of being wronged. I don't know how that works for minors though. SO, unfortunately she will escape criminal punishment. It is good that the school district got rid of her. I hope this gives Jamie some peace now for facing her demon.

Why the hell did she need to post that on the internet? For attention? I understand if it was just for her to watch in order to empower herself, but really? You're gonna post it to youtube? Attention whore. Something similar happened to me and I had to see the man everyday for 4 years, I didn't film it for the world to see.

Re: LoinLion – Because shes smart, and quite frankly smarter than you. You of all people should be HAPPY for her instead of putting her down, she had courage to do something a lot of other people don't. She faced her attacker and made the whole world aware that this woman is a CHILD MOLESTER. You as a victim yourself should be praising her.

Brilliant. All offenders should be called out like this. Brilliant.

Really? Do you think she should have protected her? Do you think you should protect your abuser?

@LionLion You ever think she did it so that all of the parents who's children attend that school can see what the hell is going on, considering the law "can't do anything about it"? She's actually really smart for posting this because I guarantee you that this video will not go unseen. Hopefully now all of the parents at that school will get her fired. Don't be so simple minded. What she did could potentially save another child or children from that woman's disgusting self.

I apologize for not reading the article after watching the video because it totally just supported everything I just said…. I am glad that woman is not longer an employee.. The woman that posted this video was very brave and deserves everything that she got/has coming to her.

She's actually really smart for posting this because I guarantee you that this video will not go unseen. As I read on in the article clearly it worked bc the woman lost her job. Don't be so simple minded. What she did could potentially saved another child or children from that woman's disgusting self… You honestly seem a little pathetic to think that what she did was for attention for herself, because she did it to bring attention to that woman and to save the kids that she did. Seems like you're the one with issues

Re: LoinLion – The person who sexually hurt her was the vice-principal, or atleast she became the VP. Becaue you were a victim, would you allow your children or the children you love such as nieces and nephews to be molested and abused like you? I was sexually molested as a child and the psychological and emotional damage that you go through is hard and tiring. i became so scared when i was left around an adult by myself! I commend her for her bravery. I wish i had the strength to face the person who sexually abused me.

SO BRAVE!!!! She should be proud of herself for taking this step. Hopefully it will bring some closure.

Re: LoinLion – Its so other parents would know and it wouldn't happen to their kids. You obviously don't have kids or suck at parenting.

And perhaps you're a fucking attention whore, which is what invited the "unwanted" advances in the first place, since you're so eager to att. whore and exploit your won self on YT> You waited this long, and now all of a sudden you want to call her out. This world needs to not only see the side of the so-called "victims". They need to really realize that some sluts ASK FOR IT.

re: pollo picu , are you serious? this girl was 12 when the abuse began. how the heck did she ask for this? what child is an attention whore and deserves to be sexually abused and manipulated? Get your head out of your butt and read the article, pay attention she was 12! Christ! that's like saying that bob is so stupid he deserved to get hit on the head, he was asking for it.

    lord some people.
