She really knows her stuff!
Dr. Oz’s 27-year-old daughter Daphne Oz is just months away from giving birth, and she’s sharing her pregnancy tips with other mommas in the February/March issue of Fit Pregnancy!
The Chew co-host gave some health-ful tips, revealing that she likes a lot of nutrient-dense soups which have “a good balance of the nutritious and the indulgent.” Sounds decadent! She explained further, saying:
“For lunch I do sandwiches with avocados and cheese or hummus. Or a big salad… [Smoothies] are a great way to get a huge dose of nutrition and not think about it.”
And while some people hate maternity clothes, Daphne is all about them and plans to keep on wearing them even after baby! She said:
“I have two pairs of stretchy maternity leggings and jeans, which I will never give up, because once you experience an elastic band for a waist you will never go back. I hope to be able to pull it off after pregnancy… [I] wanted to make sure I was only wearing stuff I felt really beautiful in. You can get into a rut where you don’t feel sexy.”
This is one down-to-Earth lady!
