Mariah Carey Pulls A Beyoncé And Hires Tiny Help To Be On Her Album! Dem Twins! Watch Out, Blue Ivy!
This should be fun!
Mariah Carey has been in a bit of a quandary lately. She's been super busy working on her new album, but she couldn't concentrate fully.
The reason for that is because she couldn't stop thinking about how her children weren't being properly taken care of by those darn nannies she constantly has to hire and fire.
She'll have her twins guest star on her upcoming album! The genius idea allows her to keep a close eye on her little ones while also improving the quality of her music!
Her 2-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe will make their recording DEBUT on their mom's album due out in May.
Here's what Mariah herself had to say about the news:
“It’s a song that I wrote with Bryan-Michael Cox and Jermaine Dupri. There’s a part that Jermaine says on the song that [the kids] loved, and Monroe started to say it. I kept having to get my iPhone and record her. So I have all these different takes of her saying things, singing things. Then I’d be like, ‘This is your new ad lib — learn it!’ I have to make it fun for her.”
Which begs the question — will her twins follow in the footsteps of their talented momma?
Mariah, for one, thinks that might happen. She said:
“Well, they started singing and talking simultaneously. It’s hard to explain. That sounds like a lie, but it’s true. They’re both so musical.”
We were already excited for the album drop, but this just adds to that feeling of frenzy inside us! After all — other artists have definitely had success with this baby formula!
Maybe in ten years these young twins will be on tour with their momma!
Now THAT would be a cool family business!!!
