If you thought Victoria Beckham was just about fashion and living up to her posh title, then you've got her ALL wrong!!

The stylish celeb recently decided to take a very special trip to Cape Town in South Africa to show support for Born Free, and organization committed to preventing mothers from transmitting HIV to their children.

While she was there, Victoria paid a visit to some of the patients at the Tygerberg Hospital and got a chance to meet some of the workers from the Mother2Mother program at the Delft Community Health Centre!

Mothers2mothers founder Dr Mitch Besser said they were thrilled to have her support and more celebs like her can help spread the word of what they're doing:

"We are at the cusp of seeing the dream of an HIV-free generation become a reality and need dedicated and compassionate people like Victoria Beckham to spread the word. [We need] to make sure the resources and political will continues to be strong, to speak out on behalf of the women and children whose voices often go unheard and to make sure every baby has a chance for a healthy future."

Vic definitely seemed moved by the trip as she took to Twitter to thank each organization for the eye-opening experience:

It's always great to see celebrities investing their time in charities they truly believe in and using their fame to help promote these amazing causes!

Keep it up, Victoria!
