Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Has Actually Been Living With Twins For Months?! Temporary Guardian Not Even There Anymore?!
All signs have pointed to this momma's reunion with her sons, but has that reunion already taken place?
Charlie Sheen's ex Brooke Mueller's brother Scott is the official temporary guardian of Brooke and Charlie's twin sons Bob and Max, but reports are that Scott hasn't been in the house they've been living in.
In fact, Scott hasn't been seen at the Mulholland Estates mansion for months! All of this has been happening without the court's knowledge, too, or at least that's what it would seem like. Since there was no official ruling that any of this legal.
Here's what a source said:
“Brooke has been living at the mansion in Mulholland Estates that ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, bought since before Christmas. The boys had been living at the house with their temporary guardian, Scott Mueller, but he hasn’t been spotted at the house lately. He’s been back at his house in Orange County to be with his family. Brooke does have a nanny and a sober living companion also with her in the house. There just wasn’t enough room at the condominium she had been living at for her staff.”
Brooke of course lost custody of the boys last year after a drug overdose. A subsequent psychiatric hold put her in rehab, and gave temporary custody to Denise Richards. Denise then gave up the custody because of the twins' violent behavior.
In fact Charlie took Brooke to court to try and have their twins tested for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, but Brooke won that court case recently after a judge determined that testing was unnecessary.
All of that aside, Brooke wasn't supposed to regain custody until May, so we're curious how the courts will view this recent knowledge that Brooke is basically back in charge — albeit unofficially.
We're also curious as to how Charlie will react. Or maybe he already knows about all of this?
We're sure he'll let us know sooner or later!
