Wow, talk about drama!
Dayanara is trying to increase her child support from $13k to $113k, and is claiming that she had to sell her house for a squalid residency in San Fernando Valley because she doesn't have enough money. Marc, however, knows of a quite different story.
He claims that he had to send in a security team to help his ex out after her lover's wife came to Dayanara's house, and stood outside on the sidewalk "with a bullhorn yelling 'whore' for the whole neighborhood to hear". Seriously!
As for raising their child support so his sons can experience the lifestyle of the rich and the famous all the time instead of only when they're with their father - Marc believes he's doing his sons a favor by keeping them not filthy rich. He's hired a psychologist who wrote to the court that:
"The problems of children who are raised with near unlimited funds, particularly children in Los Angeles whose parents have made very large amounts of money in the entertainment industry. [Rich kids in LA] become high-risk for illicit drugs, alcohol and a fast-paced lifestyle that they are not emotionally capable of handling."
His ex Dayanara says she would use the increase in money to hire a full time staff — including a cook and a nanny. Well, Marc thinks the cook at least is just TOO much! In fact, when he has the boys, he revealed what they eat together. He said:
"I cook or we order in. We often get Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut or Chinese food."
For some reason, we can imagine Marc can make some delicious foods. Maybe he should keep it to that instead of the KFC or the Pizza Hut. Otherwise the judge may be A-OK to give to his ex what she wants!
