She ain't happy with the arrangement! Especially since she believes the mother is unfit to parent!

Paul Walker's mother has filed the necessary paperwork to try and get custody of Paul's fifteen-year-old daughter, and she hopes it all to happen soon!

Cheryl Walker is actually claiming that her daughter Meadow and Meadow's mom Rebecca Soteros are living with her at this very moment, but that Rebecca doesn't care for her because of her own alcoholism!

Meadow originally moved from Hawaii, where her mom lived, to live with Paul in California three years ago because of her mom's alcohol problems. Rebecca has had two DUI's already in her lifetime.

Cheryl, however, claims to be more than qualified. She's raised four kids, and is a registered nurse! Plus Paul Walker wrote in his will that he would've wanted his mom to raise his daughter!

We think, either way, Meadow will receive all of Paul Walker's estate which is worth about $16 million dollars.

But she won't receive that completely until she's 18! So who her guardian is right now is very important!
