We hope you have some tissues nearby, because this is the most heartbreakingly sweet thing you'll read all day.
Brayden Denton from Newton County, Indiana was a normal 5-year-old boy who loved nothing more than reading comic books and watching his superheroes fight crime on the big screen!
Sadly, his life took an unfortunate turn when he was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2013, and after a yearlong battle he died on May 8th.
His mother, Staci Denton, says Brayden ALWAYS had a superhero by his side during his treatments, so his family thought it would be a good idea to make sure they continued the tradition for his funeral.
So each of his cousins and uncles dressed up as some of his favorite heroes and were pallbearers for the memorial service.
It's so sad to hear of someone being taken from his family at such a young age, but we're so glad they were able to find a way to honor and remember him through one of the things he loved most.
See the heartwarming story (below).
