CREEPY! Family’s Live-In Nanny Won’t Move Out After Being Fired!

| Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueLegal MattersFamily

nanny wont leave house after getting fired

Why anyone would want to live in a place that they’re unwanted is beyond us, but that’s what’s happening here.

The Bracamonte family in Upland, CA hired 64-year-old Diane Stretton to be their live-in nanny, and it worked great for awhile. That is until Diane stopped doing her job, and got fired.

But she refuses to leave!

And on top of that, Stretton has told the family that she’s going to sue them for elder abuse and wrongful firing!

This story is so bizarre and scary that you have to see it for yourself (below)!

Just give her a certain amount of time to move out, and if she does not, call the police and have her evicted for trespassing.
As far as her lawsuits, no idea if lawyers take those kind of cases on a contingency basis or not.

Re: twoods – Thats the thing, they already tried kicking her out and they have already called the police. I believe they already went to court and the court ruled in the old ladies favour. They said California's tenancy laws protect her and allow her to stay. I agree with teeter totter they should just give her notice that she has 30 or 60 days (w/e law there demands) to get out and if she doesnt then they can call the police.

posession is 99% of the law. lock her the fuck out. throw her shit on the street. perserve the family's home security. let her sue. she wouldn't win because her housing was contingent upon her employment. in the mean time they would be rid of her and not have to use a bicycle chain lock on the fridge.
