Somewhere out there Ryan Lochte is crying into a beer as Forever Young plays on loop.
On Sunday, Ryan made headlines again after he wished his dog Carter Lochte a happy 8th birthday. While the gesture itself isn't a big deal, it soon became a story after some internet sleuths realized the swimmer had wished Carter a happy 8th birthday two times before.
Ha! Either R.L. isn't too great at math or he's floating down a river we like to call DENIAL.
What's funny is, this ridiculous mixup comes on the heels of the swimmer's Rio robbery controversy. You think the athlete would triple-check his facts after his web of lies fell apart in August!
Check out Ry's hilarious b-day messages to his time-traveling Benjamin Button dog (below)!
Wow… the jokes just write themselves.
Following the gaffe, Ryan deleted the 2016 tweet and replaced it with an updated message which read:
Inneresting. We wonder if this is ACTUALLY the dog's age… we don't know what to believe anymore!
8th 9th b-day, Carter!
Here's a small victory for Kim Kardashian West!
The site had alleged that the 36-year-old had "staged" the incident and even compared her to Ryan Lochte!
But, on Monday, the brunette beauty dropped her suit against MTO because the outlet retracted the stories in question. In place of the posts, the page published an apology to the celeb, writing:
"MediaTakeOut regrettably published a series of false stories about Kim Kardashian West suggesting she faked the robbery in Paris, lied to authorities and then filed a $5.6 million fraudulent insurance claim for her stolen jewelry. MediaTakeOut knows that Mrs. Kardashian West was in fact robbed in Paris. We have permanently removed from our website any and all posts that suggested she staged the robbery, lied about it to the French police and committed an insurance crime."
The site's apology continued:
Never judge a book by its cover… unless that cover is this superficial!
Naturally, Andy's BFFs Anderson Cooper, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kelly Ripa will be featured in the chapters. However, some other A-Listers may not be as lucky when it comes to their on-the-page personas…
According to the gossip rag, Andy's stories this time around include
We already know Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson can fight, shoot, and drive — but now it's time to hear him sing!
In Disney's upcoming Moana, The Rock shows off a completely different side of himself; who knew rocks even had softer sides??
In the latest clip, the demigod Maui sings to the titular Polynesian princess about all his accomplishments in a brilliant song by none other than Lin-Manuel Miranda!
Ch-ch-check out You're Welcome (below) and see Moana in theaters November 23!
Whoa, there! That's quite a look, Jessica Simpson!
The businesswoman was truly an inneresting sight as she was spotted out in NYC Monday proudly rocking fur and bell bottoms.
Very serious fur and very serious bell bottoms!
First of all, her coat looks like it was made from the leftover scraps of a hundred other fur coats, and secondly, the lower half of her pant legs were wide enough to fit a couple of very small children! Or maybe a family of raccoons. Whatever.
Jess completed the kooky look with a pair of cateye sunnies and an embellished handbag.
Girl, you do you!

Either Suge Knight is filing a lawsuit, or he's the subject of one.
According to TMZ, Suge is suing longtime enemy Dr. Dre for allegedly hiring a hitman to kill him back in 2014. The suit follows many years of controversies, arrests, and other legal issues for the rapper.
While Knight is currently behind bars for the murder of his friend Terry Carter in January 2015, he isn't letting incarceration get in the way of his revenge.
According to the scandalized figure, he entered a "lifelong" business agreement with former Death Row Records partner back when the two were friendly. S.K. reasons this gave him a 30% cut of Dre's entertainment earnings, which includes his popular business Beats By Dre.
The 50-year-old went on to allege that the mogul tried to cut him out of the Beats By Dre deal after Apple bought the company. Apparently Apple did NOT want Suge's name and sordid history attached to the project.
Given the tricky predicament, Mr. Knight claims the celeb hired a hitman to shoot him at a party over VMAs weekend. Suge went on to survive the seven shots to his stomach and the shooter was never caught despite there being thirty-seven cameras at the club.
In response to the suit, Dre's lawyer shot back:
"Given that Dre has had zero interaction with Suge since leaving Death Row Records in 1996, we hope that Suge's lawyer has lots of malicious prosecution insurance."
Wow! The 51-year-old's legal rep sounds PISSED.
So, who do YOU believe in this mess?

Talk about a fun surprise!
