SO incredibly disturbing.

Tell us about it, studs.
Now that we've had some time to sit and think about the amazing production of Grease: Live, we're still just in awe of what FOX was able to accomplish with their take on the live TV musical.
Sure, NBC was the first network to try to make theater cool again, but Julianne Hough, Aaron Tveit, Vanessa Hudgens, and the rest of the cast really shined on Sunday night, blowing us away visually, technically, and sonically.
But don't just take our word for it — the critics are all in agreement that Grease: Live was certainly the bee's knees.
Plus, it didn't hurt that we got tons of star-making moments from Kether Donohue, Keke Palmer, Elle McLemore, Jordan Fisher, and Haneefah Wood!
However, everyone did agree on one thing… Mario Lopez was kinda the worst…

FOX just set the bar for live stage shows, and the Internet knows it.
While NBC was the first network to enter the live musical game, Grease: Live kind of blew everything they've done out of the water thanks to the audience, sets, and breathtaking talent from Julianne Hough, Aaron Tveit, Vanessa Hudgens, and the rest of the cast!
You already know how much we loved it, but what did Twitter have to say about the production?

This is how you do a live musical!
Julianne Hough, Aaron Tveit, Carly Rae Jepsen, Keke Palmer, Kether Donohue, Carlos PenaVega, David Del Rio, Jordan Fisher, Andrew Call, Elle McLemore, Noah Robbins, and Vanessa brought Grease to life for FOX in a way NBC hasn't been able to capture with The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, or even The Wiz.
Having a live audience and actual sets must actually make a difference — who would have guessed? LOLz!

Joe Jonas is gonna get his Hand Jive on!
According to reports, the singer and his DNCE bandmates are joining the cast of Grease: Live!
The indie rock band, led by the former Jonas Brother, will be playing Johnny Casino and the Gamblers — the band that plays at Rydell High's school dance — in the Fox broadcast!
In the 1978 film, the rock-n-roll group Sha Na Na portrayed the Gamblers and performed soundtrack hits like Born To Hand Jive and Blue Moon!
DNCE is the second band cast in the TV special. Just last week, Fox announced that Boyz II Men will be playing a trio of Teen Angels!

Grease is the word!!
The ladies of FOX's Grease Live decided to strut their booties (and promote the live event which airs January 31) on the People's Choice Awards red carpet.
Carly Rae Jepsen was caught looking like Elvira's teenage daughter in a leather keyhole halter dress. The songbird's bangs were extra choppy and her poof was sloppy. Someone please get this girl a Bumpit — she's too cute for this mess!
Keke Palmer also chose black, but her ensemble was a bit more esthetically pleasing. A sparkly Yousef Al-Jasmi crop and high-waisted skirt paired with black pumps completed the look. Outfit aside, we must shout out her hair. Although we're always a fan of a good updo, Miz Palmer's braid is looking a tad bit rat tail-y. Le sigh.
Julianne Hough went with a dark hue too — did their stylists plan this?! — donning a sequin off-the-shoulder two-piece frock, Edie Parker clutch, and Giuseppe Zanetti shoes.
But Vanessa Hudgens was clearly the standout in a metallic silver lame Kayat gown with a fierce leg slit, strappy sandals, Rodo clutch, and sleek messy locks. Rizzo would approve of this hawtness!
We can't wait to see these Pink Ladies on TV!

With a this knockout cast, we can't wait until Grease: Live!
The televised broadway-cast has thrown a curveball in the casting of the Teen Angel, the profound Doo-Wopping spirit who convinces a forlorn Frenchy (Carly Rae Jepsen) to go back to high school!
To shake things up, Fox will be blessing us with not one, but THREE Teen Angels — played by Boyz II Men!
The Motownphilly performers will play a trio version of the role played by Frankie Avalon in the 1978 film! Three times the fun!
The R&B group — made up of Shawn Stockman, Nathan Morris, and Wanya Morris — announced their casting on Twitter, singing:
We really really really really really really like Carly Rae Jepsen!
That's why we are THRILLED she's performing three shows during New Year's Eve Week at The Venetian Las Vegas!
On December 30, December 31, and January 2, 2016, the songstress will play all of her hit singles at The Venetian Theatre!
According to George Markantonis, president and chief operating officer of The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Sands Expo:
"We're excited to bring somebody of her appeal to The Venetian Theatre and we can't wait to have her ring in the New Year with us."
You can buy tickets at any box office inside The Venetian or The Palazzo or by clicking HERE!
After Miz Jepsen takes Sin City by storm, she will star as Frenchy in Fox's GREASE: LIVE airing Sunday, January 31.
We can't wait to rock out with Carly!
