Not only will the event at Colosseum at Caesars Palace commemorate the mogul's life with personal anecdotes and other tributes, but it will also mark the first time Dion has taken the stage since his passing from cancer on January 14.
Not too long after the precious snap, the singer's team shared the following message:
"Today, a 'celebration of life' of René Angélil will be held at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace from 19 pm (PST) and this will be distributed simultaneously online. During the event, of the guests who have all met René will speak and will remember the man he was through stories and memories. If you want to send a message of condolence to Céline and her family, know that it is very appreciated."
Celine Dion is speaking out in-depth for the first time since the tragic loss of her husband René Angélil.
The 47-year-old songstress took to her official website to thank fans for the tremendous support during such a difficult time. Not only did the mother-of-three lose the love of her life, but she also had to say goodbye to her brother Daniel Dion two days later after he succumbed to the same disease.
