Under the ocean, WAY down in the sea a new fish species was discovered that is now believed to be the deepest living fish ever seen!
The believed-to-be a type of snailfish has been described as a "ghostly never-before-seen fish with wing-like fins" and it was found on a recent expedition in the Mariana Trench part of the Pacific Ocean!
It was videotaped at its extremely deep depth of
We think they're worth saving!
One of the first species to EVER be protected by the Endangered Species Act is the Devils Hole pupfish.
However these days there are less than a frickin' hundred of the rare species left in the entire world!!!

It was an average Thursday, just a week ago, when something unbelievable happened at Cape Lookout National Seashore off the coast of North Carolina.
A shark feeding frenzy was caught on camera!!
Literally dozens of sharks were seen attacking a large school of blue fish. It looks like absolute chaos!

A woman in Australia paid $200 to have a tumor removed from her pet goldfish George!! She loved George and had had him for ten years so she couldn't just let him suffer.
So she had a legit vet take her fish in for surgery! Like, real surgery, with anesthesia and all!
If you ever had a Super Nintendo as a child (or still do as an adult) there's a good chance you've heard of Street Fighter II.
It's the classic arcade style fighting game with such famous moves as the powerful Hadouken special attack! You know — you know!!
Sure, it's a great game that is tons of fun to play, but there's a way to take it to the next level…

A video of a Shiba Inu trying to put water on a fish out of water is making its rounds on the internet, and its probably the cutest thing we've seen all day.
When a boatload of fresh fish are left on some concrete in just an inch of water, the dog starts flicking water onto the fish with its snout.
Many people are taking this act as a final attempt to save the fish… but science might be saying otherwise.
