Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter isn't done talking about the Gwyneth Paltrow "takedown" piece that sadly doesn't exist.
Or, he is done talking about it, but we only got to see part of his editor's letter in the Hollywood Issue last time, and now there's some more info about all the dramz.
It will never be as interesting as the exposé we'd all built up in our minds (and be we, we reference the entire internet), but the way it snowballed is pretty crazy.
Aw, they look so WASPy together!
Gwyneth Paltrow & Reese Witherspoon sat pretty side-by-side at the Hugo Boss Woman A/W 2014 presentation during NYFW yesterday.
The actresses kept it chic and classic in monochrome outfits, with Reese adding some edge to her look via a black leather sheath dress.
Gwynnie opted for a wintery white shift worn with black opaque tights and hip-grazing black coat.
Nothing fancy, but as the face of Hugo Boss, we think she repped the brand's clean-cut aesthetic beautifully.

SO much sparkle!!
Gwyneth Paltrow slipped into another super glam, super sequined dress for the Great American Songbook event in NYC on Monday.
This time, the 41-year-old opted for a less form-fitting, yet equally flattering, black, long-sleeved frock by Saint Laurent.
Combined with her chic, black ankle boots, her bare stems proved she's got legs for days!!
And if Gwynnie didn’t already have everyone envious, we’re sure her effortless, wavy tresses and barely there makeup did the trick!

Gwen Stefani looks just about ready to pop, but that couldn’t stop her from having a fabulous time at her baby shower in Beverly Hills on Saturday!
And to help her celebrate, the 44-year-old’s closest friends, like Jessica Alba, Kate Beckinsale, and Gwyneth Paltrow made their way to the Bel Air Hotel with all kinds of goodies for the momma!
Also, can we just gush over Gwen’s outfit for a moment?! Her maternity style continued to be unflappable in this dark ensem!
Luckily for us, Zuma and Kingston’s mom was happy to share pics from inside the event on her Instagram (below)!
We can’t wait to meet their new little brother!

It has not been an easy time for Gwyneth Paltrow.
What with Vanity Fair going all cray cray on her, plus those scandalous pics of her cutting off a school bus while driving Apple on a scooter. But during these difficult times, you usually want to turn to the ones you love.
Unfortunately for Gwyneth, it sounds like there's no turning to Chris Martin these days!
In fact, the two are apparently having MAJOR problemos because the Coldplay singer is unhappy with their move to El Lay.
An insider revealed:
Listen up, President Obama!
Sean Penn, Cher, Susan Sarandon, Jennifer Hudson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Charlize Theron, Ellen DeGeneres and William Shatner, along with others have signed a letter written by Russell Simmons urging you to step and and stop Japan’s annual roundup and slaughter of bottlenose dolphins!
It's high time this tradition be stopped — and we're fully aware how cultures deserve their own traditions and how they should be respected. That is, as long as they're not bringing ANYONE or ANYTHING harm!
The letter was addressed to Caroline Kennedy, the U.S. ambassador to Japan.
Here's some of what the letter said:
If you've been waiting on Vanity Fair to reveal that scandalicious exposé of Gwyneth Paltrow…
…you may be waiting forever.
Yes, it's sad, but editor-in-chief Graydon Carter now admits that the piece was never going to be nearly as juicy as people had hyped it up to be!
He had assigned the story, which was to explore the love-hate relationship the public has with Gwynnie, to writer Vanessa Grigoriadis.
And he explains how everything snowballed in this month's editor's letter, saying:
