Lily Tomlin SAG Awards Life Achievement 2017 by Videosuploaded123

She's been working 9 to 5 for decades — and now Lily Tomlin's hard work has finally paid off!

The Grace and Frankie star just received the SAG Life Achievement Award at the 2017 SAG Awards!!

On Sunday night, Tomlin's 9 to 5 costar Dolly Parton presented the comedic legend with the award (Jane Fonda would have been there too if she wasn't sick — but Dolly's jokes made up for her absence!) honoring not only an accomplished career on screen, but also a lifetime of humanitarian work!

After a video tribute of Lily's best roles — from her early work on network sketch comedy shows to movie roles in Nashville and I Heart Huckabees — the 77-year-old took the stage to collect her trophy.

Of course, the activist's acceptance speech was nothing short of hilarious. Dispensing some sage wisdom to young actors, Tomlin advised to never leave the house when one's drunk and beware of any enterprise that requires new clothing. (Which, for her, includes SAG! Ha!)

Ch-ch-check out Tomlin's hysterically heartfelt speech (above)!

SAG Awards 2017 - Female Actor In a Comedy Series by Videosuploaded123

Julia Louis-Dreyfus doesn't care if the Russians hacked the SAG Awards, because it just worked in her favor!!

The comedy legend just won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for Veep, and just like Donald Trump — she won by a LANDSLIDE!!

Instead of doing her usual comedic bit when she took the stage, JLD channeled her inner Selina Meyer with an important message about the president's despicable immigration ban — specifically, saying how "un-American" it is.

Revealing that her own father was an immigrant, the 56-year-old blasted POTUS's xenophobic executive order, calling the ban a "blemish" on our country. Preach!!!!

The Seinfeld alum beat out some tough competition for the prize; including Uzo Aduba in Orange Is the New Black, Jane Fonda in Grace and Frankie, Ellie Kemper in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Lily Tomlin, Grace and Frankie! Brava!

He adds:

"I hate to say the romantic relationship is over. We're definitely extremely good friends. We do things together. We care about each other a great deal and as far as romantic relationships, that's temporarily been put on the back burner because she, as you probably know, has rededicated herself to activism… We definitely have a great deal of love for each other."

But will they ever get back together??
