This is so despicable — but why would we ever expect anything better from Donald Trump?!

The reality TV villain turned presidential election villain apparently repeatedly referred to Lil' Jon as "Uncle Tom" on season 13 of The Apprentice, according to staffers of the show who spoke anonymously!

Even after producers begged and pleaded with The Donald to stop, trying to prove to how racially insensitive the term actually was, he refused to do so — but whether out of malice or sheer stupidity, well, that's still up for debate.

It all started during an episode where the Turn Down For What rapper was tasked with mounting displays to promote hair care products along with a team of other celebs. In the heat of competition, Lil' Jon donned an Uncle Sam outfit as a gimmick to try to attract customers.

So far, so good — funny, even — but when The Donald saw the rapper, he immediately started referring to him as "Uncle Tom" instead of "Uncle Sam."

Uh… what???

Trump apparently proudly went around yelling to anyone within ear shot, "Look, he's Uncle Tom!"

This story is so unnerving.

As we reported last night, a man hopped the fence at Miranda Kerr's Malibu home and was confronted by a security guard, eventually stabbing the guard in the eye before being detained.

Well now, we've learned that not only did the guard manage to shoot the intruder, too, but that the suspect is now in critical condition after being shot multiple times — including at least once in the head.

According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office spokesperson, things got scary very, very quickly after the suspect scaled a wall on the property:

The water is only getting hotter around Billy Bush!

The disgraced NBC host on the Today Show who is firmly in the middle of the most recent Donald Trump controversy centered on a lewd, leaked tape from 2005, is back in El Lay after being spotted late Friday night at LAX!

Bush, who was wearing a trucker hat and dark rimmed glasses while waiting for a ride out in front of the airport, sure didn't seem like he wanted to make eye contact (above)! LOLz!!

Then again, there's a reason — the heat is continuing and NBC must weigh what they need to do with Bush as he'll be back on air Monday if nothing is done.

An NBC source speaking to DailyMail.com said that Bush didn't have such a clean reputation at Access Hollywood when he was there, and that could hurt him in the long-run (below):

Everything Donald Trump has done throughout this election — and all the things from before that have only recently come out — are bad, shameful, embarrassing, and combine to make him unfit for President.

What he's accused of here, though, is truly horrifying and unrepentant — and the allegations are incredibly disturbing.

A Federal Judge in New York has ordered a December hearing on a lawsuit filed by an unnamed woman who claimed that The Donald raped her at a party back in the 1990s when she was 13 years old.

The woman, who filed the suit as "Jane Doe" to protect her identity, is now making her third attempt at this litigation — and this time, she has a witness ("Joan Doe") who can allegedly corroborate her accusations.

The lawsuit declaration states the facts of the case as told by the witness Joan Doe:

Billy Bush Will NOT Be Fired From TODAY, According To Sources — But Is This The Right Move??

We're not sure how THIS move is going to go over on set…

According to sources, Billy Bush is NOT going to go anywhere at Today, and he will be on air Monday, even after the ongoing controversy surrounding his actions back in 2005 alongside Donald Trump that were caught on a hot mic!

The source says Bush probably will not be disciplined for anything he did or said in that tape:

"There have been no discussions of any type of disciplinary action."

Wow, just like that — he's off completely scot-free.

This may not be the smartest move, considering there are rumors that the Today Show's female staffers may engage in "a mutiny" in response to Bush showing up to work on Monday, though!
