Another family torn apart by drama…
As we reported, Robin Thicke was cleared of child abuse allegations by Child Protective Services a day after ex Paula Patton accused him of excessively spanking their six-year-old son Julian. The court also determined that Thicke was entitled to see his son for extended periods of time.
That night, the Blurred Lines singer called the Warcraft actress with the intent of taking Julian for the night. However, she never responded.
On Friday, the musician showed up to the thespian's Malibu house with police in order to exercise his parental rights. But when authorities spoke to the child, Julian flat out REFUSED to go with his dad, and the deputies were unwilling to take the child against his will. During the event, Patton was visibly upset and shaken.
According to sources, both parties are trying to strike a compromise in regards to custody.
We just hope Robin and Paula do what's best for Julian.

Good news for Robin Thicke!
According to reports from Friday, the Blurred Lines singer has been cleared of any wrongdoing in regards to those child abuse allegations. Huh.

We thought Robin Thicke's divorce drama with Paula Patton was finally behind us.
But on Thursday, TMZ revealed the former flames are in a contentious custody battle over their son, Julian. In the initial divorce filing, the singer and his ex had agreed upon joint custody of the six-year-old.
However, the actress has been keeping the 39-year-old from their son after an alleged incident of physical abuse.
Sources tell the tabloid that, earlier this month, the child told officials at his school that his famous father had spanked him multiple times.
After hearing Julian's story, school staffers reported the case to the Los Angeles County Department Of Children and Family Services, and Paula filed an emergency order to limit Robin's time with their boy.
The 41-year-old asked the judge to only allow the Blurred Lines performer to see their little one during monitored daytime visits.
She also recounted the story her son shared with her about the alleged abuse, just one day before he told the school.
