What a mess.

Well, it looks like at least one part of this ongoing drama is no more.
According to law enforcement sources, it is highly unlikely that Brad Pitt will be prosecuted for an alleged assault against his son Maddox.
Of course, at the heart of the divorce contentions between Pitt and Angelina Jolie is the accusation that, among other things, Pitt got into a physical altercation with 15-year-old Maddox on a plane.
Now, though, sources tell
Brad Pitt has reached a low point.
Per the source, the actor is beyond "devastated" and struggling to understand why Jolie didn't want to make it work. As we previously reported, the father of six was "open to counseling" despite the couple's ongoing issues.
One insider bluntly described the actor's state-of-mind, saying:
"He is beside himself and has been crying. He was completely caught off guard and blindsided and had no idea she would do this. He is completely devastated and beside himself. He is a shattered man."
Wow… it's clear Mr. Pitt is in a really bad place. We've never heard the star described in such a dark manner before.
On the positive side of things, the 52-year-old is choosing to focus his energies on the couple's kids:
"He's extremely upset. But he is totally focused on just being helpful and making sure his kids are doing as well as possible."
In that same vein, an insider tells ET Online Brad will NEVER badmouth Angie out of respect for their children:
We guess Joe Giudice is more of a softy than he lets on.
While Teresa has been bragging about her man's 30-pound weight loss in prison, sources say there's bigger issues to worry about than the convict's physique. Apparently Mr. Giudice "really misses" his four kids (Gia, Milania, Gabriella, Audriana) and the distance is killing him.
The insider went on to explain:
"He's miserable. It's worse than anyone expected. He misses his kids so badly. He's having difficulty being away from them. He got so close with them when he was with them alone."
Aww… this makes total sense. The poppa had plenty of bonding time with his kiddos while Mrs. Giudice spent a year behind bars.
Despite having a few pals who he "gambles" with, J.G. is falling into a deep funk without his family:
This is devastating.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Glee creator Ryan Murphy reflected on the show's rollercoaster six seasons, including Cory Monteith's untimely death from a drug overdose in July of 2013.
For those who don't know, Ryan was an instrumental part in Monteith entering rehab in March of 2013. The TV guy, along with the actor's then girlfriend Lea Michele, were his main pillars of support while he struggled with addiction.
Unfortunately, the star couldn't overcome his demons in the end.
Recalling the last time he saw Cory, Ryan revealed:
Another drama, another day for Chris Brown!
As we previously reported, the Loyal singer is supposedly being investigated by Child Protective Services after being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon back in August. And C.Breezy is clearly not thrilled about it — Eek!
In a now-deleted video on Instagram, the controversial celeb addressed the recent reports as he dished:
As you may have heard, Mark Burton, the estranged husband of Jim Carrey's late girlfriend Cathriona White, amended his lawsuit against the comedic actor claiming Jim gave White STDs — and now the actor's lawyer is firing back!
Over a year ago, the 30-year-old committed suicide by overdosing on Ambien, Propranolol, and Percocet. Unfortunately for Carrey, White's estranged hubby made some changes to his lawsuit on Thursday to include info suggesting there were texts proving Carrey gave his gf Herpes Type I, Herpes Type 2, and Gonorrhea.
While the Truman Show star initially put the original lawsuit on blast, his attorney Martin Singer has since SLAMMED the STD allegations. In a new statement, Singer noted:
