Even though we learned a little about Abdul Razak Ali Artan, the alleged 18-year-old who drove his car into a crowd and attacked people with a knife, authorities have since uncovered MORE interesting info!
Since we live in a social media era, police immediately began investigating Artan's Facebook page and they stumbled upon quite a find. Only minutes before the attack, Abdul took to FB to post:
Oberlin College, a small liberal arts college in Ohio, says one of its professors — and his family — was the victim of an anti-Semitic hate crime this week in the college town.
According to police there in Oberlin, Benjamin Kuperman, an associate professor at the school and chair of its computer science department, was awoken at 3:30 am Thursday morning after hearing noises outside his family's front door.
How is this woman allowed to teach children? Educators are responsible for molding young minds, not inhibiting them.
A teacher at Nutter Fort Primary School recently proved she's much more of a garbage human than an educator when she rudely yanked the microphone away before an autistic student could say "gobble gobble" in the Thanksgiving play.
The young boy, named Caleb, was playing the turkey in the production, so it's not like the line would've been distracting or upsetting. It actually would have been a really cute way to close the show.
But, the West Virginia teacher horrified the young boy — and his parents — when she snatched the mic just as the child was leaning in for his big moment.
The little boy was so devastated that he yelled "Oh no!" on stage before bursting into tears. And his parents, Kent Squires and Amanda Riddle caught the disgusting snub and the following devastation all on camera.
Outraged, they took to Facebook to spread the word about the horrible excuse for a teacher, who Amanda tentatively identified as "Mrs. Linsey."
In his plea to Autism Speaks, Kent shared the video, writing:
Per a report out of Georgia, a fed up mom forced her 11-year-old son to strip naked at school after he was caught bullying a female classmate for the second time this academic year.
According to Sgt. Dana Pierce of the Cobb County Police Department, Joyce Sweetheart Cole was booked on November 1 for child cruelty charges after she enacted the intense and controversial punishment. The strict mom was later released on $5,000 dollars bail.
Berkeley Unified School District officials say that before 9 a.m. PST on Wednesday, about half the California school's student body walked right out of class out of frustration with Tuesday night's election results!
