Ridiculous Study Claims Plus-Size Models Are Normalizing Obesity — Do U Agree??

There are a lot of people we can blame the world's problems on. Ashley Graham is not one of them.

Yet the model — along with other plus-size models — are being accused of "normalizing" obesity and causing people to underestimate their own weight as a result of promoting body positivity in the fashion industry.

Sociologists from the University of East Anglia found that only almost a third (33%) of women in England think they are at a healthy weight when they are not, compared to under a quarter (25%) who underestimated their weight two decades ago.

The study of more than 23,000 people also found that half of overweight British men recognize they are overweight or obese, while the other half falsely believe they are at a healthy weight.

So, who's to blame for all this? According to study author Dr. Raya Muttarak, the "body positive movement" — including stores for "curvy" women and the surge in popularity of plus-size models — might be behind people's denial about their body size. She explained:

Doctors Perform Ear Transplant On Solider After Growing The Ear In Her Forearm!

After losing her left ear in a 2016 car crash, Army Pvt. Shamika Burrage knew she wanted a "real" replacement ear and not some prosthetic knockoff.

So what did she do? Grow the ear herself… with a little help from Army doctors!

According to an Army statement, doctors were able to grow an ear under the soldier's forearm and successfully transplant it onto her head. Science!

To perform the total ear reconstruction procedure, which had never been done before in the Army, doctors first had to harvest cartilage from the soldier's ribs and carve it into a new ear.

Scientists in Japan are busy at work making an edible banana peel — which means you no longer have to toss out the peel when you get done eating your favorite fruit!!

And we're not really sure how to feel about this! LOLz!!

Japanese agricultural research company D&T Farm has been hard at work on what they call the Mongee banana, growing them in a very precise low-temperature setting so as to produce a very thin, edible peel.

What can we say, the man does his own stunts!!!

We've been reveling in how cool Justin Timberlake's new music video is for Filthy, his new single, but as it turns out, the robot who featured prominently in the video itself was… well, it was Timberlake!!
