R.I.P.

This is a tough loss for Star Wars fans.

Erik Bauersfeld, who played Admiral Ackbar in the popular film franchise, has passed away. The voice actor's rep, Derek Maki, told The Hollywood Reporter that the 93-year-old died on Sunday morning at his home in Berkeley, California.

The voiceover artist played the classic character in the series' third installment, Return of the Jedi, and delivered the iconic line:

"It's a trap!"

He also reprised that role in the most recent release, The Force Awakens. And, the Star Wars alum also played Jabba the Hutt's sidekick Bib Fortuna in Episode VI.

In addition to his roles on the classic series, the entertainer also produced radio dramas, and lent his voice to movies like Crimson Peak and A.I. Artificial Intelligence.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by this difficult loss.

Sure they looked great in the promo art, but Ridley melted our hearts with her reaction to the trailer!

And then John went and did things like surprise fans at theaters when the movie opened, and more recently visited children in a hospital as his SW character!

Politics sure have gotten ugly whether Donald Trump is defending his campaign manager who allegedly assaulted a woman, or attacking Ted Cruz's wife, or Cruz is dealing with his own drama regarding extramarital affairs.

That's why it was nice when Ted stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to chat it up with the host and show off his lighter side.

Though we don't agree with the politician's point of view on A LOT of things, it was fun to see him dish about being a Star Wars fan and admit that given the chance, he might run over Trump with his car. LOLz!

Ch-ch-check out the surprisingly fun side of the 45-year-old (above) and let us know which pedal you'd press if Donald was in your rear view mirror as you were backing up!

What a good dad!

Harrison Ford has played a lot of iconic characters throughout his impressive career, but his most recognizable look is actually up for grabs.

That's because the 73-year-old just donated his jacket from Star Wars: The Force Awakens to charity in an effort to raise money for epilepsy research — a disorder which his daughter Georgia has suffered from for years.

Photo: Here Are The Final 3 Guys Who Could Be Our Next Han Solo!

Harry signed the costume piece and gave it to the NYU Langone Center and FACES (Finding A Cure for Epilepsy and Seizures) to auction off on ifOnly — where it's already going for an $18,000 minimum bid with two weeks to go!

It's never been easier to look good while doing some good, too!

Although, Harrison is a little concerned Dr. Orrin Devinsky of NYU isn't going to give the jacket up since it apparently "fits him like a glove." LOLz!!!

Would U pay nearly $20K for some Star Wars memorabilia??
