In the clip, you can see the male pilot trying to pull the woman apart, but then actually smacks one of them!

Delta Passenger Intends To File Lawsuit After Being Groped By Man Who Had Already Been Caught Masturbating Inflight!

Delta

This is SO disturbing!

A woman is planning to file a lawsuit against Delta Airlines after she was allegedly groped by a fellow passenger, who had already been caught masturbating and was then left unattended on the July 27, 2016 flight.

According to reports of the incident, a flight attendant caught 41-year-old Christopher Finkley masturbating with his genitals exposed in first class about 40 minutes after takeoff.

As police weren't called until after landing, Finkley was free to roam the cabin as he pleased. When he went to the back of the plane to use the restroom, it's said he sat down in an empty seat and began touching the woman — who was traveling with her 14-year-old daughter — and put parts of his hand under her shorts, despite her pleas for him to stop.

United Airlines & Dr. David Dao Have Reached An 'Amicable Settlement'!

no title

It looks like things have finally leveled off between United Airlines and Dr. David Dao.

According to the 69-year-old's lawyers, Dao and the airline have reached an "amicable settlement" weeks after video of the medical professional being brutally dragged off an overbooked flight went viral.

The incident sparked worldwide outrage — and a procession of airline PR nightmares — leading the injured Dao to file a massive lawsuit against the company with the help of Chicago's top attorneys.

But United has seemingly circumvented the stormy skies of court and landed on a settlement with the wounded traveler — which was reached the same day the airline announced "positive changes to improve the customer experience."

The amount will remain confidential, but we have a feeling Dr. Dao cashed in on quite the first-class pay day. Hopefully, it makes up for being treated like an uncooperative snack cart.
