This is probably a good idea.

Even though a parole board recommendation came down to let Manson Family member Leslie Van Houten free after decades in prison, California Governor Jerry Brown has flatly denied the request, citing her unbelievable cruelty so many years ago.

At the time, the singer's former flame described the scary attack, saying her husband grabbed her head and "squeezed as though my head were in a vice."

So awful.

But, after all that, the artist won't face any jail time. Instead, Don's lawyer explains he'll be slapped with a $3,000 fine as long as he behaves himself for a year.

In March, the Maine resident's wife filed for divorce after 30 years of marriage, citing "adultery, cruel and abusive treatment, and irreconcilable differences."

Police Confirm Multiple Deaths In Munich Mall Mass Shooting, Suspect Still At Large

What is going on in the world?!

It's been only eight days since 84 people lost their lives in the Nice, France truck attack… but now Europe has just experienced yet another tragedy.

According to Police reports out of Germany, nine people were murdered in a mass shooting at a mall in Munich on Friday — but that number could rise seeing as the suspect is still at large.

While there is still very little information available, we're hearing that around 6:30 p.m. local time, a "heavy shooting" occurred at a McDonald's across the street from the Olympia Shopping Center in Moosach, before moving inside the mall.

This shooting comes less than a month after dozens were injured during an attempted shooting at a German movie theater. Thankfully no one was killed during that attack.

We will continue to update you as this tragic story develops.

Philando Castile & The Cop Who Shot Him Had Met Before!

Another wrinkle of the Philando Castile tragedy has been revealed…

As you'll remember from early this month, Castile was shot and killed by St. Anthony, Minnesota police officer Jeronimo Yanez during a traffic stop when the officer thought the 32-year-old cafeteria supervisor was going for a gun rather than his wallet.

And even as the national outrage generated from that unspeakable tragedy has begun to die to down, we just learned another notable detail about the shooting: Castile and Yanez had crossed paths before.

The city of St. Anthony released Castile's driving record late Thursday night, revealing that on November 23, 2011, Yanez was one of the officers listed as booking Castile into jail after he was pulled over in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, for driving with a broken tail light.

During the stop, Officer Yanez and his colleagues found Castile had been driving on a revoked license, and they arrested him.

It is unclear what role the officer played in that arrest, considering there were multiple officers listed on the report, but he clearly had dealt in some way with Castile less than five years before shooting him during a traffic stop this month.

Just a coincidence? A chilling footnote in an already tragic case? We may never know…

Wow, we're so disgusted by Young Buck's recent behavior.

On Thursday, the rapper was arrested for threatening to light his ex-girlfriend's house on FIRE. According to TMZ, the celeb even went as far to show up at her house so he could scare her further by kicking down her door.

Luckily for the ex, Buck didn't physically harm her or her property, and he ultimately left without incident.

Following the scary ordeal, police arrested the 35-year-old and held him in custody for few hours. The father was then released on $5K bond.

To make matters worse, Y.B. is already in trouble with the law for using fake urine to pass a drug test in addition to illegal firearm possession. Since the Nashville native is already on federal probation, this latest incident could cost him his freedom.

We'll keep you updated as this case progresses.

Police Union President Defends Shooting By Saying Officer Was Actually Trying To Shoot The Autistic Patient, Not His Therapist…

Don't worry, they're not racist… just horrifically incompetent?

In what's just the latest case of Police brutality in America, a 47-year-old black behavioral therapist was shot in North Miami on Monday while trying to protect his mentally challenged patient.

As we previously reported, the 23-year-old with autism had wandered away from his group home, but was found playing with a white toy car in the middle of a street by his caretaker Charles Kinsey.

Unfortunately, Police stumbled upon the pair while responding to a call about an armed man threatening to commit suicide, and proceeded to shoot Charles despite his many attempts to resolve the non-issue non-violently, which included him LAYING DOWN ON THE STREET WITH HIS ARMS UP!

However, Florida authorities are here to clear this whole mess up… because it turns out they didn't mean to shoot Charles in the leg — they were actually aiming for his patient instead!!!

Now that the story has gained national media attention three days after it actually occurred, the North Miami Police Department FINALLY held a press conference on Thursday where Miami-Dade police union president John Rivera tried to defend the trigger-happy cops, saying:
