The Bright star only joined Instagram back in December, but he's already an A+ gram user; regularly sharing throwback posts, motivational pep talks, and videos mocking his own children.

How Did Will Smith's Critically-Panned Bright Do On Its 'Opening Weekend'?

Critics may have given Will Smith's new movie a shiner, with many calling it "the worst movie of the year," but Bright is still apparently drawing audiences like faeries flies to a bug-zapper!

The critically-panned Netflix original movie has pulled in a total audience of over 11 million in it's first three days of release, according to Nielsen estimates.

This healthy "opening weekend" could explain why the streamer already greenlit a sequel for the film, despite it sparking controversy for its half-baked racial allegories.

Netflix is still quite secretive with its viewership figures. Though according to Nielsen, Bright was less popular than Stranger Things season 2 — yet drew in more viewers than the second season of The Crown.

So, does this make the hybrid cop buddy/fantasy film a hit? In Netflix terms, perhaps, but that wouldn't exactly translate to a big screen success…

If all 11 million viewers bought a movie ticket at the average price of $8.91, Bright would have earned an envious

There are some movies critics find so bad, not even Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson can save them.

That was the case when Paramount's big screen Baywatch adaptation straight up drowned in scathing reviews earlier this year.

Despite an intriguing (enough) premise, critics felt that the action comedy didn't live up to the charming camp of the original series — and was barely kept afloat by Zac Efron's shirtlessness charisma.

But Baywatch wasn't even the worst reviewed film of the year! Find out which of 2017's lackluster blockbusters starring Will Smith, Tom Cruise, and more A-listers were critical bombs…

Will Smith's Bright Is Being Called 'The Worst Movie Of The Year'! See The Savage Reviews!

Bright is not the worst-reviewed movie of the year overall, but it can probably claim the most savage reviews.

That's because the people who hate Netflix's $90 million blockbuster attempt really hate it.

In case you weren't aware from the streaming service reminding you every time you turn it on that it's available Thursday at midnight, Bright is a gritty cop drama where Will Smith has to team up with a new partner — an orc, played by Joel Edgerton.

There's also elves and magic — it's basically Lord of the Rings meets Training Day. And it's being called "the worst movie of the year."

It's apparently been a tough and 'terrible' life for Willow Smith growing up in the spotlight as the daughter of famous parents Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

In a new interview released in a pub called Girl Gaze this week, Willow talked about what it was really like to grow up famous, and didn't really hold back on shutting it down as a good childhood.
