"I said that I directed last year. I really responded to it. I really enjoyed it. I'd love to focus a little bit more on that…
By no means am I planning on retiring. It's kind of a silly statement. But I certainly am going to try to focus a bit more on directing at this point."
Whew! What were we thinking? Captain America never surrenders! Our hero!

JJ Abrams is channeling A New Hope for his upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII, and we are filled with the fire of Tatooine's two suns we're that excited!
"We’ve talked a few times about it and he said 'We’re putting together a cast of unknowns – we want to follow the ’77 New Hope cast because obviously Harrison Ford wasn’t well known at that point, Mark Hamill wasn’t and Carrie Fisher wasn’t either'…What he said was, 'We don’t want to fall into that mistake of people going 'Oh it’s that guy from that thing!' and then you’re completely out of the Star Wars universe.'"
Our lightsabers just went from off to fully extended this news is so hot!
Rather than have well known stars war over the parts, it makes sense to have someone completely knew define the role themselves!
Maybe the next big Star Wars actor is picking up some power converters at Tosche station as we speak!
This might be our fav thing to hit the internet in a while…

And after mutually fangirling over Brit Brit for years, he knew she had to be involved in some capacity…
So he made flashmob magic happen!
The fabooshly choreographed YouTube vid stayed relatively under wraps for a few weeks—but when Britney got wind and tweeted the link Monday, everything went cray:
