Steve Irwin is one of those universally respected icons, and we're happy to see that Bindi — who we saw as a very little girl featured on her dad's show — is growing into such a beautiful young woman (above), one who loves to honor her father!
At 15 years old, she still calls Steve the "greatest dad on the planet," and plans to continue his legacy! Awwww!
Here's what she said about her late dad:
Lorde recently made some comments about Drake and Nicki Minaj that were interpreted by and large as a diss, but now she wants to throw some light on that shade!
The Royals singer said she found their lyrical content - primarily about living large - to be irrelevant.
Lorde doesn't deny the quote, but swears she is being misinterpreted by the media! She tweeted:
"With reality television, you get all these nightmare people who want to be successful, when you really want them to be assassinated."
- Sir Elton John when speaking on BBC World satellite radio.
Rihanna is not only a music icon, she's an all-around icon — and now she has a pyramid-shaped trophy to prove it!!
So when she accepted her Icon Award at this year’s AMAs sporting an unusual hairstyle, it had the whole beauty world abuzz!
Rih rocked what is called a “doobie” or “wrap” on her dome, which is basically created by wrapping hair around the cranium and then pinning it in place. The style is mainly used in African American and Latina cultures to preserve straightened hair, so until recently was contained to the home or hair salon.
Some critiqued RiRi for the 'do, saying it should be kept in the bedroom, while others adored it and want to see it tried on different celebs!
But while Rihanna probs doesn’t care what anyone thinks, her hairstylist Ursula Stephen took the time to delve into her hair-iffic inspiration.
Here are the HIGHlights:
Aww! Poor Cinna!
It seems that Lenny Kravitz has become Kanye West's latest rant victim!
Although Lenny's not alone in that respect, since Kanye's had A LOT of targets lately while running his mouth on the Yeezus tour press rounds!
But we guess Kanye must have been pretty annoyed with the Hunger Games star since he took it out on him during his latest New York City concert rant-fest at Madison Square Garden.
However, it's a little more awkward this time because, unbeknownst to Kanye, Lenny was actually IN THE CROWD!
Oh, blame game. You slippery, sultry minx.
Alec Baldwin allegedly yelled a homophobic slur and now he's out of a job.
According the actor and former MSNBC talk show host, reactionary bloggers and GLAAD members are to blame.
Well, getting thrown under the Baldwin bus didn't sit too well with GLAAD's VP of Communication Rich Ferraro and now he's firing back!
