They've got some ‘splaining to do!
A fifth class-action lawsuit has been brought against Sony Studios, after they failed to protect the personal information of their current and former employees. This suit is being filed by Jane Doe, who is using that name to prevent further intrusion into her personal life. She claims her information has been published online twice.
The suit states

Looks like her surprise move is paying off BIG TIME!!!
Madonna recently released six songs off her album Rebel Heart which isn't due to be released until March and the early word is that the songs have been gathering major steam all over the world!
The six songs, which can either be bought individually or will be downloaded if one pre-orders the album, have been dominating on iTunes so far and are apparently doing well all over the world!

Just one day after two NYPD officers were shot in Brooklyn, another former NYPD policeman was killed in Florida.
17-year veteran Charles Kondek was on-duty for the Tarpon Springs Police Department at 3am on Sunday morning. There was a complaint that a suspect was knocking on doors at the Villa Plumosa condos, which is what he was responding to.
Kondek, a father of five, was tragically shot and killed while responding to the call.
According to reports, the suspect was driving a white Hyundai Elantra and sped away before he crashed into a pole and another car, then was apprehended.
This is the first officer since 1969 that has been killed in the line of duty in Tarpon Springs. The police department released a statement, saying

A nine-year-old girl wrote a letter to her primary school teacher, Mr. R, after he came out during anti-bullying week.
He brought it up, using a conversation about people calling things "gay" as an insult, which caused his students to think of things in a different light.
