| Filed under: Mel BFashion SmashionDiane KrugerRed CarpetStreet StyleWorst Dressed

Mel B and Diane are worst dressed this week!

Here we go again!

It's surprising to find Diane Kruger on the worst dressed list, but not as shocking to find Mel B there, unfortch.

These two beautiful ladies let us down this week with their questionable attire, with Diane nearly drowning in her overdone red number. Meanwhile, Scary Spice's glittering pink jumpsuit was just plain unpretty.

See who else found themselves in similar company in the gallery (below)!

Usher's $20 Million Herpes Lawsuit Is Dismissed

Usher can breathe a sigh of relief… for now.

According to TMZ, the singer's $20 million herpes lawsuit — where Laura Helm claims the 39-year-old failed to tell her about his alleged STD before allegedly engaging in unprotected sex — has been dismissed.

Back in October, TMZ obtained a July 19 recording where the accuser said she only had protected intercourse with the musician. She filed the lawsuit two days later.

The woman — formerly known as "Jane Doe" — hired a new attorney who filed documents to dismiss the case "with intent to refile." So Usher isn't out of the woods just yet.

His attorney Steve Sadow told People:

"It's our sincere hope that this dismissal will bring an end to the opportunistic litigation against Usher in Georgia."

To be continued…
